I announced yesterday that a special package has gone out with yesterdays postcards, well the package that went out yesterday was an express/ overnight envelope filled with postcards addressed to Dawn Ostroff ( President of the CW) herself.

I am working on another package that should be going out on Friday… Monday I will make that announcement to who & where it went!

Postcards are coming along, but doing it alone now isnt so easy! Thanks for all the support!

Hey guys! Angela came back to help me yesterday & we got A LOT done… I probably have about another 400 left to do from beginning to end, & about another 600 to complete with either JUST postage, or stamp & postage or sign… So I am almost done. They are going our little by little… everyday! One special package is going out today, I will reveal to who, tomorrow! Here are yesterdays pictures…

Thank you once again to my Anonymous donor… they have come through for us again… the donations have come to a close, once & for all! Thank you again to everyone who donated!

Unfortunately I failed to calculate into the totals the amount of labels needed, especially since we had 500 extra postcards donated.

I am reopening the donate button until we reach $55 (after paypal fees) to cover the cost of the labels.

I have previously stated I decided to do a little something extra to get our point across & I have bought that on my own along with the stamps needed for that & the additional ink needed for my printer. Unfortunately I can not take on any more expenses & would hope you help.

Hey everyone- Today I had @imafanatic join me in putting together postcards. We were able to get I would think about 400 done today. At least labeled We will continue tomorrow & a HUGE batch will go out tomorrow.

I will be scanning all the postcards one by one & uploading them to picasa so the people who donated can go by & grab theres, along with some others I will be adding… details on that will happen towards the middle of the week.

UPDATE: AS OF WEDNESDAY, MARCH 3RD- I HAVE CLOSED THE DONATIONS. I HAVE RECEIVED ALL THE $$ NEEDED TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE & MAIL OUT JUST ABOUT 1,800 CARDS. THANK YOU TO THOSE THAT DONATED & THOSE THAT HAVE COME BY TO GET MORE INFO! PLEASE VISIT THE SITE OFTEN AS I WILL BE UPDATING WITH PICTURES & WHAT WE HAVE BEEN DOING. THANK YOU.

For those over seas (international) or that dont have time or dont know where to start to help send these postcards to The CW, I am opening a donate button via paypal so you can help with the purchase of postcards & stamps & I will be printing away between tomorrow & Monday & I will send 2 postcard on your behalf.

You can donate as much as you’d like but the minimum is $2.00 USD, this covers 2 postcards, stamps & paypal fees (2.95% + .30 cents).

I will then sign your name, city/ state &/or country on the postcard & send you a scanned file of your postcard!

Remember you are more than welcome to send your own “postcard/ letter” with your own quote. I will be using 1 of 2 quotes on each postcard… Please check out THIS POST for the 2 quotes being used…

UPDATE: To those that donated THANK YOU. Donations have slowed down & I have decided to just send out what I can with what I received… I will go tomorrow to Staples & get a 100 pack of postcards & mail what I can with the remaining money!!! Thank you!

The fans have spoken AGAIN & this time we are doing it on our own. I dont know how many will come across this post & get to it on time, but if you do… PLEASE try this out.

We are going to do another campaign, this time with basketballs ( The reason behind OTH). In 1999 The show Roswell was saved by 3,000 Tabasco bottles being sent to the CW, so now its our turn to send basketballs. We are actually looking into mini basketballs, so if you can pass by your nearest Walmat, Target, ToysRUs, ect. & get a mini basketball, get a black sharpie & write something like ” CW- Save our beloved show, save One Tree Hill” or something to this extent & Id say gift wrap it & take it to the post office & get it mailed out to the CW ASAP. But I mean ASAP.. Heres the address to the CW-

I thought I would give you guys daily updates on whats going on… The 2nd order of 1,000 postcards have been ordered & they should arrive tomorrow. I am waiting on the 1st shipment of postcards. There was a small delay because paypal took a little longer to deposit the $$ in my account. But everything is going smoothly, the labels are almost finished being printed, need to wait for another deposit so I can purchase more.

I have 2-3 young ladies coming over tomorrow & Sunday to help & give a lending hand so we can get these postcards up & going & ready to be mailed ASAP. I will try to keep you all updated. I will take pics of the project but wont post until the project is finished.

I will be doing a little something extra to make this project a bit more special, but I do not want to reveal that until its completed.

Remember anyone who donated this week will be getting a small gift in the mail next week. Keep an eye out!

One of my followers who would like to remain nameless, msged me this afternoon & asked what was the amount needed to stop asking for donations… I told them & they decided to go ahead & donate that amount.

There are no words to the way I feel & the words they told me, To our biggest donor- Thank you! When I started this I didnt know how far it would go but it went further than I expected, than I ever dreamed of. Because of your efforts we will be able to have 2,000 postcards ordered, labeled, stamped with quotes, stamped with postage & mailed out to the CW.

Over 55 people donated these last couple of days & I am in awe- you guys are truly amazing! I really hope this works out & we get that season 8. 55 people is nothing in comparison to the 2.2 million viewers a week, or the 15K signatures on the petition, but at the end of the day- we’re going to get attention from the CW!

Thank you to everyone… I will post pics within the next couple of days! Keep those fingers crossed that we hear GREAT news soon.

One Tree Hill fans are absolutely amazing & if The CW or Warner Brothers dont see that, then I dont know whats wrong with them.

Since Sunday we I have received over $400 in donations. Because we surpassed the original goal I have gone ahead & order 500 more postcards & now am requesting a new goal of $140 to be able to mail these out. I dont want to give my mailing out strategy just yet just in case we have someone from the CW’s mailing room reading this. Just know… they will be BUSY!!!!!

I have received donations from over 34 people & the #’s keep growing. I would like to thank those that have donated OVER $20 each & I thought I would name them here, So If you know them, thank them- They will be helping in sending at least 70 postcards out.
