One of my followers who would like to remain nameless, msged me this afternoon & asked what was the amount needed to stop asking for donations… I told them & they decided to go ahead & donate that amount.

There are no words to the way I feel & the words they told me, To our biggest donor- Thank you! When I started this I didnt know how far it would go but it went further than I expected, than I ever dreamed of. Because of your efforts we will be able to have 2,000 postcards ordered, labeled, stamped with quotes, stamped with postage & mailed out to the CW.

Over 55 people donated these last couple of days & I am in awe- you guys are truly amazing! I really hope this works out & we get that season 8. 55 people is nothing in comparison to the 2.2 million viewers a week, or the 15K signatures on the petition, but at the end of the day- we’re going to get attention from the CW!

Thank you to everyone… I will post pics within the next couple of days! Keep those fingers crossed that we hear GREAT news soon.

One Tree Hill fans are absolutely amazing & if The CW or Warner Brothers dont see that, then I dont know whats wrong with them.

Since Sunday we I have received over $400 in donations. Because we surpassed the original goal I have gone ahead & order 500 more postcards & now am requesting a new goal of $140 to be able to mail these out. I dont want to give my mailing out strategy just yet just in case we have someone from the CW’s mailing room reading this. Just know… they will be BUSY!!!!!

I have received donations from over 34 people & the #’s keep growing. I would like to thank those that have donated OVER $20 each & I thought I would name them here, So If you know them, thank them- They will be helping in sending at least 70 postcards out.

I will be ordering the postcards online this evening once the $$ from paypal has hit my account, I will be ordering 1,000 postcards with the $ I already have & send out as many as I can with the remaining money. I will continue to accept donations & everytime a donation comes in I will send more post cards with that donation… So anyone & everyone who sends me $2 will be helping me send 5 postcards to the CW.. so keep those donations coming. For each person who donates… they will also be receiving a small gift in the mail in the coming days!

You heard right. Remember this past summer & winter how we all played trivia every week on Mondays? Maybe you are new & have no clue what I am talking about… well for 12 weeks before the start of Season 7 & during the 5 week hiatus during the winter break we played trivia on Monday nights, anything & everything that had to do with One Tree Hill, I asked.

The 1st night we start will be Tongiht Monday, March 1st. We will be starting promptly at 8:00PM EST. We will have I believe 8 weeks of Trivia. Depending on how well it goes I may make it twice a week ( also depends if I have enough questions- if you can help me with questions, please send them over to MiamizOTHAddict@gmail.com)

For those that didnt play last time, please join us. It is fun, & you get to meet new people. Here are the “rules”:

Attendance will start at about 7:30PM, anyone who lets me know they are in & plays, will get 2 points through out the game unless I say its a 3 or 4 pointer, then I will double those points at the end of the game. If you come along AFTER I have started with the 1st question, then you will be a regular point player.

How to play: I will tweet a question & give the 1st 3, 5, 8, 10 people with the correct answer the point or within the 1st 2 minutes (whichever comes first). How do I determine how many people get the point- it all depends on the total amount of people playing. If I have 5 ppl playing its the Top 3 of the night, if I get 25 or more players- it is the Top 10 players of the night. There can be as many players that want to play but my max amount of winners for a night is 10. Those with the correct answer get the point, once I say Times up… I will not take any more answer & I will reveal the correct answer.

Starting on Question 15, I will allow for any correct answer within the 1 minute time slot to be counted. At the end of the night it could be ANYONE’s game. Through out the 2 previous trivia games we had a total of 200 players. I had players that played every week & players that ONLY came once. All I know is that we all had fun & we all met new people.

I usually do about 20-25 questions a night. This time it will depend on how many questions I can get.

At the end of the night I will tally up the score & post the top winners on my website & mention you on that week’s #Followfriday & at the end of the 5 weeks I will give a small prize to my TOP 3 overall winners. Even if you dont win my top # each week, you are STILL getting points so it can be anyones game throughout the 5 week process. Good Luck!

PS- I personally will not be doing trivia the majority of the time, it will be a fellow friend. She will still be using my account & nothing changes, I just wanted to let you guys know it will be someone else doing it under my Twitter name

VERY LATEST UPDATE: OK guys so here’s whats going on, I have the creator of the avatar adding Sophia to the picture & I will create the post cards on my computer & have them printed at Kinkos… We are deciding on 2 different quotes to add to the back of the postcard ( where your msg usually goes)… now I will request $2.00 to be donated & this will help with buying the postcards, printing & mailing of everything… I will be working on all this btwn tomorrow & Monday & mailing everything out Tuesday through Friday. If you do not want to donate, we will be posting the original image on here & you can print it & put in your own quote & mail it to the CW…

I am more than willing to take this on- I dont mind, I am a stay at home wife anyhow, with a part time job where I choose my own hours!

UPDATE: (4:23PM) Looks like we may change up the campaign. We are talking about making postcards with the avatar that most of us have been using on Twitter…. we’re working on it. What do you guys think?

Many fans have suggested to do a save the show project/campaign where we send to the CW letters with a small letter/blurb inside, we need to get as many fans possible in on this, because we NEED to be heard, we need to have thousands & thousands of letters mailed out.

I am putting together the details of what will be sent & I will update soon. I want to know how many are willing to participate? Can you think of a quote or something that should be put into the envelopes?? If so, comment here or email me at MiamizOTHAddict@gmail.com & I will take it into consideration.

I am working on getting EVERY single One Tree Hill related site to participate, so if you are an owner of a website or know the owner please let them know as well.

For those international fans- I know if anything your letters may take longer to arrive so I have thought about you sending in a paypal payment & I will send 2 envelopes in your name. All final details will come shortly! Comment away!
UPDATE (1:17PM EST): So no matter what it will be a blue envelope going to the CW, now we need to come up with the wording that each of us will be writing & sending off. This IS time sensitive & this needs to start ASAP & we need to get those envelopes out there as soon as possible.
